Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to rental departure will be charged the full rental price of the equipment booked. Cancellations that are made outside of the 24-hour cancellation policy are subject to a full refund. HELE ON WAIKIKI BIKE RENTALS reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds will be offered. Please check your booking information carefully to ensure that all information is correct and that we have answered all your questions. No Shows will also be charged at full tour price.
